User Agreement

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CLI.LAX (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site. We may update this Agreement at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

2. Description of service

CLI.LAX provides live and historical weather analytics for KLAX (Los Angeles International Airport), including ASOS/METAR observations, NWS CLI settlement data, and intraday nowcast projections. The Site is an independent analytics tool and is not affiliated with Kalshi, Polymarket, the National Weather Service, or any exchange or weather agency.

3. Not financial, trading, or legal advice

All data, projections, and commentary on the Site are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying settlement terms, market rules, and official data before making any financial decision. Past accuracy does not guarantee future accuracy.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY DATA OR PROJECTION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

5. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLI.LAX AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SITE, WHICH IS ZERO.

6. Intellectual property

All content, code, design, trademarks, and other materials on the Site are owned by CLI.LAX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our written permission.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access in a way that disrupts the Site
• Interfere with the proper working of the Site or its security features
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the data without authorization

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property rights.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to this agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Agreement.
